Q: What Is Your Return Policy for online
orders?
A: Defective returns are accepted within 30 days for
replacement. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly for
warranty replacement or repair. If the item you receive does not match
what you ordered, please contact us immediately.
Q: Do I Need To
Contact You Before Returning An Item? A:Yes, you MUST contact us for an RMA number BEFORE
returning any item. Items returned without an RMA will be refused, and no
refund issued.
Q: Who Pays For
Return Shipping? A:For defective returns within 30 days, we cover return
shipping and will send you pre-paid Return Label.

Shipping Cost? A: Shipping is calculated at time of
payment.

Order Ship? A: We will
email you an 'expected ship date' after receiving your
order. When your order ships, you will be emailed tracking
information.

Local Pick-up? A: Local pick-up is available in certain cases.
